Impressive:
I'm not an easily impressed person but this little radio caught me by surprise !!! The sound is quite loud and surprisingly good for such a small radio I have a Tivoli Pal that this radio is gonna replace as my jobsite radio because it is louder and I believe sounds better. I saw and heard this little gem and thought okay, got to have one!!! Then I checked the specs, plays from battery or ac. No charge and play at the same time, just goes to show again, R&D is along way from the field where we work. If you're going to make something for a working man/woman, give us what we need. Great buy:
Great little radio! If you have to have volume enough to make your ears bleed then this isn't it. This unit is perfect for anybody doing work in private housing or apt.remods where sound can become an issue. The AC/CD cnverter is just one more thing to carry in/out so unless the job is going to last awhile crack a little more leather and buy an extra battery. You can always use it as a spare.

A tidy package:
I work in the construction field where hulking in tool after tool from my truck is an everyday hassle. So when I was in the market for a solid worksite radio, what I didn't want was a big Dewalt brick of a product. Granted, the Dewalt is a good quality radio, it's just too big.
