I ordered the DeWalt DC9310 drill battery charger from Amazon.com. It was delivered quickly (within a few days), but as others have experiencing, the packaging is a bit to be desired (it's from a third-party seller). The charger was unsealed, wrapped in paper, with no instructions. It does look brand-new though. Off to a rocky start...but it gets much better! Works as it should. I like the fact that this charger will work with the lithium ion batteries whenever I decide to make the switch. Good price and quick shipping.
...I wish my original charger had died sooner...:
Charges my 12V batteries in no time...less than one hour for most of my chargings...it told me that one of my batteries was extremely weak, but after about 4 charges it regained its capacity for the most part...I am very happy with this purchase. Now, if I get equipment that is lower or higher than 12V, I can still charge it up quickly and easily as the charger handles several levels of voltage.
