Great Radio ! Expensive Batteries !!!!!:
Love the Radio, The sound is Great. The Presets are Great. The Weather band is Not so Great. So far, I have not
been able to get anything on the weather band at all .......
Unless you all ready have Milwaukee tools using these batteries ( I Don't ) forget using batteries.
The Batteries and chargers are too expensive ! But it's a great 115 volt plug in radio.
One great radio:
Item arrived on date expected. Plays well and is one stout radio. Has excellent reception and sounds wonderful. Twenty pounds and large. I expect many years of pleasure from it. Thanks Milwaukee. Superior to later models in my book. Has no battery charger but no big deal as most hand tools provide one. Thanks to all involved.
Milwaukee radio:
I bought this radio to use in the garage and out doors on the patio and on the dock at the lake. The sound quality is fantastic the volume is more than needed for out doors . I like the looks of this radio over the newer Milwaukee radio. The battery is a little pricey but it lasts about 8 hours with normal volume usage and recharges in less than one hour. I may buy another rdio so I can leave one in my garage and take another to the lake!!

I bought this radio for use in my garage. I had a radio I'd been using for years but I had to have the volume up pretty loud to hear it and it still was not very clear. This Milwaukee radio is extremely clear and very easy to use. It took no time at all to set the presets. I don't have to have the volume up so high it disturbs anyone. And it looks good!
