Good product especially if you mount the cord per another review:
I've had it for a month. Holds 100' 14 amp cord with no problem and it's holding up fine, no problems with the turn crank flopping as stated in other reviews. I did what another review recommended, stretch the cord out and then put the male and female ends next to each other. IE the two halves of the cord run parallel. Great extension cord reel:
This reel easily held 100 ft of 12 gauge extension cord wire. I thought that it would be hard to roll as neatly as the picture but surprisingly it was pretty uniform without much effort. As others have said you may skin your knuckles if you are not careful because the handle is close to the ground but there is a mounting bracket to alleviate this problem. This reel gives you the best bang for your buck in my opinion.

In this day when more and more products are made of plastic, this one stands out with quality. Even though it is 100% plastic, it seems substantial. Shipping was prompt, packaged well, & received in good condition. I wound 50 ft. of heavy duty cord with ease. The wall brackets are a nice extra. I can hang it up out of the way and instantly remove it for use. Good product.

Cord reel works as advertised. Mounting brackets are useful and additional ones can be purchased. Haven't used it much, so it is difficult to provide additional information at this time.
